The awesome thing about Shakeology is that it’s an all natural, NUTRITION shake full of vitamins and nutrients (that tastes like a Wendy's frosty) and has over 70 Nutrients/Superfoods! Most shakes on the market are just protein shakes, which aren’t even necessary unless you have a protein deficit. But what most people have though is a “nutrition deficit”. So, in order to get all the vitamins/minerals and nutrients you would need to support your body from whole/raw foods, you’d have to eat over 27,000 calories a day, which clearly isn’t possible. But Shakeology has the equivalent nutrition as if you were to go to the salad bar 5 times!!!
